Ian Chesir-Teran Esq. is an American attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing businesses and individuals on issues relating to American law and litigation. Ian drafts contracts, represents clients in commercial disputes, and helps businesses find solutions to whatever challenges they face in order to succeed in the USA. If a dispute leads to a lawsuit, Ian has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation in the USA — from filing complaints to conducting trials and arguing appeals.

Ian Chesir-Teran, Esq. is registered with the Israel Bar Association as a foreign (USA) attorney. He is a member of the New York State Bar.

Ian Chesir-Teran, Esq. graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University in 1992, and from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1995. Before founding his own private law practice in 2007, Ian was Senior Counsel for the New York office of the Chicago-based, nationally-recognized law firm of Hinshaw and Culbertson, LLC. At Hinshaw & Culbertson, Ian’s practice focused on complex commercial litigation and professional liability.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Ian Chesir-Teran, Esq. moved to Israel in 2009 and lives with his family on Kibbutz Hannaton in the Jezreel Valley. Ian speaks English, Hebrew, French and Spanish.
