About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Operations Expert to lead the deployments of our innovative safety products. This role involves managing multiple pool deployment projects by coordinating both internal and external resources while working closely with customers and partners. It requires a hands-on approach using our internal tools to ensure end-to-end success.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.

- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical project management in a global environment. 

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

- Strong proficiency in multiple software platforms and a meticulous attention to detail.
