.Handle bank transactions and reconciliations for Israel and Europe
Overseeing the financial records for Europe, ensuring all accounts are accurately maintained and reconciled
Manage employee expenses and reimbursements in compliance with company policies
Assist in making payments for Israel and Europe in various currencies
Conduct monthly and quarterly closing processes and provisions with high quality and efficiency
Prepare and submit accurate and timely VAT reports for Israel and Europe
Comply with other regulatory obligations (such as withholding taxes, tax payments, etc.) ensure and provide proper documentation
Assist in quarterly reporting (such as analytical analysis, reporting package, etc.) and support internal and external stakeholders
Track accrued payments and prepaid expenses and ensure proper allocation
Post quarterly closing journal entries and maintain accurate records
Assist with external audits and provide relevant information and documentation
Requirements
Strong knowledge and experience with Excel
Experience with SAP or similar ERP
Good English communication skills, both oral and written
Bookkeeping level 2 or higher
Experience in a global company is an advantage
Excellent teamwork skills
High interpersonal skills
