Location: Yoqneam, Israel

Scope & Responsibilities: 

Develop new medical devices as well as improve existing designs 

Design and test new product prototypes to meet design specifications 

Manage/initiate integration, performance, and usability tests as part of product development 

Generate DMR (drawings, routing cards, work instructions, material specifications)

Perform verification and validation testing (V&V) 

Support transfer-to-production activities and design production tools 

Support ECO processes

Support regulatory submissions

Learn and implement new technologies and manufacturing processes 

Work collaboratively with team members and colleagues from other departments in the company (manufacturing, quality, regulation, clinical, and sales)

Requirements:

M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Mechanical engineering from Technion or Ben Gurion University

3-5 years of experience as an R&D Engineer in the medical devices industry

Full control and proven experience with Solidworks

High-level English skills – reading, writing, and speaking 

Strong technical skills and a hands-on approach 

Ability to work in dynamic and multi-interfaced surroundings, micro and macro vision

Strong attention to details and Self-learning ability 

Ability to manage time and priorities and work under pressure 

Excellent teamwork ability and interpersonal skills
