Principle duties and responsibilities
Reception of delivery persons, guests, customers, and employees from other Adtran offices
Ordering office materials, company beverages, and kitchen supplies
Maintenance and distribution of various office lists
Administration of the car-fleet and management of Car Officer, making sure cars are maintained based on ADTRAN car policy
Office Management (Facility)
Administration of kitchen and office equipment
Contact person for the local facility manager, house maintenance, cleaning company, and other service companies
Administration of kitchen and office equipment
Health & safety Assistant
Assistance in writing and translating safety and hygiene procedures in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the State of Israel
The Office Administrator will have a secondary function to support the departments
